FHPAP is a program designed to provide direct service assistance and intensive case management/supportive counseling to prevent homelessness and/or to decrease the number of days a family or individual is homeless.  Funds are also available for mortgage assistance.

This program is administered through a collaborative between Bi-CAP, Ours to Serve House of Hospitality, Evergreen Services, and Red Lake Homeless Shelter. The program provides direct service assistance and intensive case management to prevent homelessness and assist families in maintaining housing.

Funds are available to do what is needed to preserve a family’s housing. FHPAP is funded by MHFA.
